What happens if an iPad breaks?

During school closures for COVID-19 families may send requests for support with their APS issued equipment using the email address for Dorothy Hamm found on the APS Digital Learning Device Help page

OR

Students may submit a help request: go to the Dorothy Hamm website, click on the Technology tab and choose Student Technology Help Request. Students must be logged in to their Google drive to submit a request.

While waiting for device repair or replacement, students can open a browser on ANY DEVICE and go to MyAccess, login and access Canvas and Google resources. Click here for more information on damage to digital devices.
