Teacher, Health and Physical Education

I was born in raised in Alexandria, VA. I went to what is now Alexandria City High School. I went to Longwood University, George Mason University, and West Virginia University. I was a social worker before becoming a teacher and I love to help young people learn and to work toward becoming their best selves.

Outside of school, my hobbies include getting outside to hike, bike, paddle (SUP or kayak), or play some pickleball!
