Substance Abuse Counselor

My family moved a lot when I was growing up but eventually settled in the Cumberland Valley of Pennsylvania. I went to Cedar Crest College for my undergraduate degree, then later, earned my Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University. For a long time my hobby involved raising my two kids here in Arlington! Now, my favorite pastimes include reading (a lot!), working out, gardening, and practicing meditation.
