Arlington Public Schools is launching a Family Technology Call Center to provide technical assistance to students and parents on Tue, Sept. 8. The call center will be open Monday – Thursday, from 7 am – 9 pm and Friday from 7 am – 6 pm. Support will be available in English and Spanish.
If your child is experiencing technical difficulties with their device, follow these three steps:
- Use these troubleshooting guides. These guides cover the most common technical problems experienced by students.
- Call the Family Technology Call Center at 703-228-2570 especially if you are having connectivity issues or problems with the APS VPN GlobalProtect.
- If you cannot resolve the issue, you can submit a student technology help request.
