What should we do if a student has a technology issue?

We encourage students to take ownership of reporting any issues. Please go to the Dorothy Hamm web site, click on the Technology Tab and choose Student Technology Help Request. Students must be logged in to their Google drive to submit a request. The Instructional Technology Coordinator (ITC) will address the issue remotely, send directions to the TA teacher or to the student through Canvas.
