UVA Women in Engineering Day for Middle Schoolers | Application due on October 1

The Society of Women Engineers at the University of Virginia invites girls in 6th through 8th grade to apply to their Middle School Visitation Program on Sunday, November 16th. The application deadline is Wednesday, October 1st at 9:00 am.

The program gives middle school students a look at engineering fields through speakers, lab tours, and hands-on design activities. The program is designed to benefit participants with all levels of engineering experience. The program will take place 10 am – 3 pm Sunday, November 16th in-person at the University of Virginia.
